As the old saying goes:

• if you are hungry and want to feed those around you, go hunting
• if you want to be sure to have a full plate every day, learn how to raise crops and breed livestock
• if you want to be certain of the future, teach others what you have learnt

The variables involved in painting are so many that no one can say to have learnt it all, therefore what we do is teach others to learn. We train people so they can deal with any unforeseen event, as well as take advantage of and gain experience from each occurrence, whether planned or casual. We check all casual variables by devising a method and a course of action. For this purpose, it is extremely important to:

• define an organisation chart
• assign duties and responsibilities to each employee
• form a group and have it co-operate in the process leading to the results
• organise the necessary services, i.e.: paint preparation, order management, mechanical maintenance, routine cleaning and maintenance, quality controls, etc.

As clearly emerges from this presentation, we do not limit ourselves to teach staff how the system works or how to start it, but rather train each employee to carry out a specific task while at the same time providing an instruction manual designed to minimise risks and chance events related to production as well as to guarantee high efficiency levels on the system.

If necessary, your staff will be helped by one of our "painting wizards", i.e.: a former department foreman, who, besides taking care of and perfecting each single processing as well as harmonising the process in its succession, will suggest a few tricks which, although seemingly inconsistent with the acquired technology, turn out to be very effective during the working cycle.
