• Relieves from the unpleasant task of having to pay a set amount of money for the whole length of the research period.
• On the basis of the information provided by the end user, we analyse typical working conditions and define the objectives of the case.
• Know how is passed on concerning consolidated technical knowledge or knowledge to be gained in the short term after a brief research.
• Personnel training is less accurate and thorough compared to that furnished with the Coating Consulting formula.

It goes without saying that it is always possible to request ad hoc interventions for each single topic.

Coating Consulting

• The preliminary analysis is extended to what we call feasibility study and state of the art check. In other words, we examine what the acquired technology has to offer with regard to a specific painting cycle or manufactured product.
• We check the system logistics, co-ordination of upstream and downstream flows, order management, harmonisation with intermediate and additional processing.
• The know how we pass on is not limited to what we know: we research into and test all types of solutions available on the market or made possible by the existing technology and in doing so finally master them.
• Negotiation with suppliers. Once the supply specifications have been decided on and the offers concerning it examined, we assist our customer during the negotiation phase, usually obtaining excellent results.
• Personnel training: an organisation chart is drawn on the basis of which each employee is trained to carry out a specific task or group of tasks for which he is personally responsible. We also draw up the operating manual and a schedule of maintenance operations.
• Enforcement of applicable laws. According to the laws in force, the engineer, in other words our team, is responsible for this, i.e.: he has to see to it that ‘each component as well as the system as a whole and the use they are put to are fully compliant with the regulations in force.’
• The formula does not cover services which could not be quantified in advance, such as experiments, setting up operations and special services.
